A regional retail chain with 15 locations was operating with disparate POS systems that made inventory management a nightmare. Each store operated independently, leading to stockouts, overstock situations, and inconsistent customer experiences.
The Challenge
The retailer struggled with 15 different legacy POS systems with no integration, manual inventory counts taking days to complete, frequent stockouts and overstock situations, no unified view of sales data across locations, and inconsistent pricing and promotions between stores.

We implemented a unified retail technology platform including deploying modern cloud-based POS at all 15 locations, integrating real-time inventory tracking across the chain, implementing automated reorder points and stock transfers, creating centralized management dashboard for all locations, and setting up unified loyalty program and customer database.
