Project Overview
A property management company managing 2,000+ residential units was drowning in manual administrative work. Tenant communications were handled through multiple channels, maintenance requests were tracked on paper, and billing was a monthly struggle.
The Challenge
Manual processes were creating significant inefficiencies including scattered tenant communications across email, phone, and paper, paper-based maintenance request tracking leading to lost tickets, manual billing processes taking a full week each month, no visibility into maintenance vendor performance, and difficulty scaling operations with new property acquisitions.
Our Solution
We developed and implemented a custom workflow automation suite that included building a unified tenant portal for all communications, automating maintenance request routing and tracking, implementing automated billing and payment processing, creating vendor management and performance tracking systems, and integrating with accounting software for seamless financial reporting.
